This action arises out of a two-truck collision which resulted in the death of both drivers. The administratrix of Clifford A. Crawford, one of the deceased drivers, commenced an action against Laddie Steven Nemec, the other driver, and his employer, Telischak Trucking, Inc. and Mike Telischak, dba Telischak Trucking, and against Truckway Service, Inc.
