Appellants have appealed from a decision of the Board of Appeals, adhered to on reconsideration, affirming the primary examiner's rejection of claims, numbered 19-25, 27-32 and 37-39, of appellants' application, Serial No. 670,386, filed July 8, 1957, entitled "Epoxidation Process."
