These are two actions of trespass on the case for negligence brought by a husband and his wife to recover damages for personal injuries to the wife allegedly resulting from the negligence of the defendant and his employees. The cases were tried together to a superior court justice, sitting with a jury, and resulted in verdicts for the defendant.
