This is an interlocutory appeal under 28 U.S.C.A. § 1292(b).

Plaintiff-appellee filed suit against the defendant-appellant for infringement of four patents relating to quick-cooking rice. The complaint was amended by the addition of a "Second Cause of Action", claiming the misappropriation of trade secrets through the agency of Lawrence Lynn.
