This is an appeal from the judgment of the 72nd District Court of Lubbock County, Texas, denying a temporary injunction sought by appellants, Texas Roofing Company, L. R. Rampy and L. W. Rampy, prohibiting the Board of Trustees of Lubbock Independent School District from expending public funds.
