This is an appeal from a denial by the district court of a petition for naturalization, filed under Section 329 of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. § 1440).

Appellant was never lawfully admitted to the United States. He entered (1) illegally in May of 1934 and was deported in October of 1947. (2) Thereafter he illegally entered, and voluntarily departed on November 29, 1956. (3) Thereafter he entered illegally...
