This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi, wherein the appellant, plaintiff below, brought suit against the appellee, defendant below, on account of injuries received in an automobile which appellee was driving on July 27, 1962 when it collided with a car being driven by Professor M.C.
