Plaintiff-appellant, Sol Hoffman, trading and doing business as Tri-State Music Company, appeals from a final decree in equity, dismissing his complaint, which sought to enforce a restrictive covenant against appellees, Harold Rittenhouse and his present employer, Independent Music Company.
