Subsequent to a hearing upon formal charges for causes enumerated in LSA-R.S. 37:1061(3), (6), (8), (9), (11), and (14), the Louisiana State Board of Optometry Examiners suspended for a period of thirty days the certificate under which plaintiffs, E. D. Akin and L. R. Savoie, are entitled to practice optometry in this state. Thereafter, plaintiffs filed suit for the purpose of enjoining interference by the Board with the exercise of their right...
