Plaintiff filed a petition in the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, against the defendant wherein she asked for $65,000 as damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when defendant's truck struck her car which she was driving at the intersection of Alfred Avenue and Magnolia Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri. A trial resulted in a verdict and judgment for the defendant. A motion for new trial was overruled and plaintiff...
