By this action, instituted as a petitory action, plaintiff claims title to an undivided 1/10 interest in and to the S ½ of SW¼, Sec. 20, T. 17 N., R. 11 W., Bossier Parish, Louisiana, and seeks to have his title to the land and minerals, to the extent of said fractional interest, recognized. Plaintiff further seeks the cancellation of purported titles and leases of the defendants, allegedly affecting his interest, and prays for an accounting...
