The plaintiff brings this action to recover damages for personal injuries which he suffered. The injuries were occasioned by an accident that occurred when he was working on a tractor leased to his employer by the defendant tractor and equipment company. There was a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $9,000.
