This is a suit for damages instituted by Octave Bellard against Texas Services, Inc. and its insurer, Atlantic Insurance Company, arising out of an automobile accident which occurred when an automobile, owned by Texas Services, Inc. and operated by Rabon Smith collided with an automobile owned and operated by plaintiff.
