BURNETT, Chief Justice.

This is a Workmen's Compensation case. The trial judge found that the injured employee sustained permanent partial disability as provided by § 50-1007 (c), T.C.A., in the amount of seventy-five (75%) per cent, to the body as a whole. He also found that the employee was entitled to recover $167.78 expended for drugs and medicine purchased to relieve himself of his injuries. The employer has seasonably appealed to this Court.
