This action was originally instituted as a suit on an open account by Pittsburgh Plate Glass Company against Edwin C. Woodcock, a non-resident of the State of Louisiana, and as an incident to the suit plaintiff obtained a writ of attachment. Pursuant to that writ property owned by the defendant was seized, and following this attachment the appellants, Kenneth B. F. Streater, Jr., and Aveno J. Mello, intervened.
