This is a suit for workmen's compensation benefits in which plaintiff alleges that he is totally and permanently disabled as the result of a fall which he sustained while working for Fallin & Savage Timber Company, Inc. The defendants in the suit are the Timber Company and its compensation insurer, Southern Pulpwood Insurance Company.
