On July 30, 1961 Sister Mary Benedict filed her petition for arbitration before the industrial commissioner seeking compensation and payment of medical and hospital expenses in connection with her injury suffered on July 29, 1960 in a convent owned by defendant, St. Mary's Corporation, at Marshalltown.
