Hollingsworth, having duly waived prosecution by indictment, was charged by information containing two counts with violation of 26 U.S.C.A. § 5851 and 15 U.S.C.A. § 902(e). The first count charged that Hollingsworth on July 15, 1962, in the Western District of Oklahoma, "did unlawfully possess a firearm, * * * to wit: a .303 caliber, * * * Rifle * * * with a stock sawed to a pistol grip only, with a barrel sawed-off to 8 inches in...
