This cause involves three separate appeals, or segments, which will be considered separately. Peggy Viola Kitchens and Lynette Wallace sued Clay Kitchens, individually and as independent executor of the estate of his deceased mother, Inez Kitchens. Patricia Anne Bunyard was also sued.
