The Workmen's Compensation Commission, in four separate cases, found appellees, Gerald Gordon, Robert Hyde, O. A. Richardson and James D. Wilson, totally and permanently disabled from silicosis contracted while working in a coal mine belonging to appellant — Peerless Coal Company.
