The LaSalle Telephone Company is appealing from a judgment of the Nineteenth Judicial District Court affirming an order of the Louisiana Public Service Commission which denied a rate increase sought by LaSalle.

After the original hearing before the Commission the company appealed to the district court where new evidence was introduced. The matter was then remanded to the Commission for consideration in light of the further evidence. The Commission...
