The appellee, as administratrix of the estate of her husband, Charles Ratliff, inventoried as an asset of the estate a savings account in a Prairie Grove bank. The appellants, Ratliff's son and daughter, excepted to the inventory, contending that the bank account had been a joint account with survivorship which did not become part of the estate. The only question here is whether the probate court was right in holding that Ratliff did not...
