The Secretary of Labor brought two actions against the defendants Pure Ice Company, Inc., Vance M. Thompson, B. C. Huddleston and Wanda Lee based on the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., the first seeking an injunction against further violations of the Act and the second to recover back wages due because of the alleged violations.
