Appellant's brief informs us, "The evidence adduced at the trial was for the most part without dispute and, therefore, the trial court's findings are not conclusive upon appeal," citing Weigell v. Gregg (1915), 161 Wis. 413, 154 N. W. 645, and other cases. Insofar as it pertains to undisputed evidence we agree with this proposition.
