Defendant appeals from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff after a jury trial in a personal injury action.

The plaintiff was injured as the result of a fall while employed as a domestic worker in the home of the defendant located in that part of Great Neck, New York, which is in an unincorporated area in the Township of North Hempstead, Long Island.
