In this redhibitory action the plaintiff, John R. Kennedy, Jr., is seeking a rescission of the sale to him of a used 1957 Ford Skyliner automobile, he alleging that the engine thereof was latently defective and that Jacobson-Young, Inc., the vendor and a defendant herein, refused to remedy the defect.
