This is a suit for damages for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident. Plaintiff was a passenger in an automobile owned by the defendant, Curtis Landry, and being driven by his minor son, Patrick Landry. The defendant, Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, carried liability insurance on the vehicle.
