This is a suit for personal and property damages instituted by Charles Q. Bloomquist against Ben Atchley, Andrew Wilson, and Lumber Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Boston. The Lower Court awarded judgment in favor of petitioner and against the defendants, and the defendants have appealed. The plaintiff has neither appealed nor filed an answer.
