Plaintiff, Kennatrack Corporation (sometimes herein called "Kennatrack"), brought this action to enjoin infringement of its United States Letters Patent No. 2,732,919, for a sliding door frame assembly, and to recover damages therefor. The Trial Court, sitting without a jury, granted judgment for defendant, and this appeal followed.
