This diversity action was brought in the District Court by plaintiffs-appellants, Wilmer D. Rekeweg, guardian, and Harvey H. Onstott, father, of Mitchell D. Onstott, a minor who was injured in a collision between a bicycle he was riding and an automobile driven by John S. Fett. Fett died nineteen days after the collision.
