The Division of Narcotic Control of the Department of Public Safety appeals from an order of the circuit court of Cook County directing it to return a certain Chevrolet automobile to the owner. The car had been seized for having been unlawfully used to transport a narcotic drug. The judicial proceedings were brought by the car's owner, Wilbur Jones, under the Administrative Review Act...
