This is a suit brought by appellant Thomas R. Fox, attorney in fact, on an insurance policy covering loss or damage to a dwelling owned by Frank Jones Evans and wife, Martha Evans. The policy, issued by appellee Pacific National Fire Insurance Company, is a standard form fire insurance policy to which Physical Loss Form No. 148 has been attached.
