BATEMAN, Justice.

This appeal is from a take-nothing judgment in a suit for damages for bodily injuries and property damage arising out of an automobile collision in which appellant's passenger car was struck from the rear by appellee's pick-up truck. The jury absolved both drivers of negligence and found that appellant's injuries resulted from an unavoidable accident; also that he suffered no monetary loss.
