This is a divorce suit brought by John D. Lampman, as plaintiff, against Bertha M. Lampman, as defendant. To plaintiff's petition defendant filed a cross-bill. When the case came on for hearing, plaintiff dismissed his petition and the cause proceeded to trial on defendant's cross-bill.
