The Camden County grand jury returned three indictments against defendant, respectively charging him with (1) assault with intent to commit rape (N.J.S. 2A:90-2); (2) kidnaping (N.J.S. 2A:118-1), and (3) armed robbery (N.J.S. 2A:141-1 and 2A:151-5).
