This is an appeal from a judgment of involuntary nonsuit entered against the plaintiff in his action for damages for personal injuries suffered while riding in defendant Liles' automobile.

Plaintiff testified that on the night of the accident he, defendant Liles, and others were employed by defendant Logsdon to gather chickens at various chicken ranches in the vicinity of the accident preparatory to taking the chickens...
