This is a negligence action instituted by plaintiff, Clyde C. Minks, against Lee E. Smith. In said action plaintiff sought to recover damages for personal injuries sustained as the result of a collision between an automobile being driven by Roy F. Smith, in which automobile plaintiff was a passenger, and an automobile being operated by defendant. The trial below resulted in a verdict and judgment in plaintiff's favor in the sum of $3,000...
