This is a claim filed by plaintiff, Mary Boyher, in the Estate of Lucas B. Gearhart, deceased, in which action a recovery is sought for the reasonable value of services alleged to have been rendered the deceased during his lifetime. The cause was transferred by the Probate Court to the Circuit Court where it was tried to the court. The trial resulted in a finding and judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $5,352.00.
