Boop, alleging the liability to him of defendant, The Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company, under the provisions of both the Federal Employers' Liability Act (Section 51, Title 45, U. S. Code) and the Federal Safety Appliance Act (Section 1, Title 45, U. S. Code), for injuries
