This is an action in tort resulting from an automobile accident which took place at the "T" intersection of a small shell Parish Road with State Highway 27, a blacktop main highway, in Cameron Parish at approximately 3:45 P.M. on April 16, 1961, between a 1960 Buick driven by J.
