Plaintiff and its connecting carriers transported and delivered carload shipments of ammunition from inland points of origin to ports of embarkation at New Orleans and Braithwaite, Louisiana, during the period February to December, 1943. The carloads were first shipped to inland storage depots at Bynum, Alabama; Fort Estill, Kentucky; and Milan, Tennessee.
