This is an action brought by the Secretary of Labor under the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq., to enjoin the defendant from violating the minimum wage, overtime compensation, and record keeping requirements of the Act. Defendant is an Arkansas corporation which operates a store, a farm, and two cotton gins in Jackson County, Arkansas. The claimed violations are limited to employees...
