Order affirmed.

In December, 1956 defendant was indicted for the afore-mentioned crimes. He was tried on January 16 and 17, 1957 and found guilty. On March 11, 1957 he was sentenced to a term of 15 to 30 years. The judgment of conviction was affirmed by this court (15 A.D.2d 582); and on February 5, 1962 leave to appeal was denied by a Judge of the Court of Appeals.
