Defendant Griffith Company appeals from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict in this action for wrongful death of Raymond Francis Duffy. Defendant Wesley J. Foster was the owner of a sprinkler truck which was being driven by defendant Benjamin Sams at the time of the accident. Sams was in the general employment of Foster who had leased the truck with the driver to Griffith Company for use in certain construction work which it was doing at Los Angeles...
