This is a suit by the owner and his insurer-subrogee for damages to the former's automobile resulting from an intersectional collision. Defendants are the drivers of the two cars immediately involved in the collision, Edward Lewis and Emile Juncker, and their insurers. There was judgment in the trial court in favor of plaintiffs and against Lewis and his insurer and against plaintiffs and in favor of Juncker...
