This suit was instituted by Marcann Outdoor, Inc., against Dr. W. Rigsby Hargrove, Vernon E. Knowles and Bertie's Eat Shop, a partnership composed of Hargrove and Knowles, for the principal sum of $1,063.61, plus interest and attorney's fees, which amount is alleged to be the balance owed by defendants to plaintiff under two lease contracts for highway advertising signs. Defendants filed an answer denying liability, and they also filed a third party petition...
