These two separate actions were consolidated for trial; judgment of nonsuit was entered in each action; plaintiffs have appealed in both cases. The plaintiffs-appellants in one action are the widow and surviving children of Frank Wesley McKenzie, who was electrocuted when the tip of a television tower which he was employed to help move, touched a high tension line maintained by defendant-respondent, Pacific Gas & Electric Company.
