This matter is on appeal by one of the defendants, the State of Louisiana, Through the Department of Highways. The district judge granted the plaintiff a judgment in the sum of $50,000.00 against the State of Louisiana.

In his reasons for judgment the trial judge did not itemize the various items sued for by plaintiff. After reviewing the record in the instant case, we are of the opinion that the trial judge, in his written reasons for judgment...
