There is really very little substance in this appeal.

The plaintiffs brought identical, except for names, dates, etc., actions for breach of similar contracts entered into by each plaintiff with the defendant. The defendant counterclaimed against each plaintiff and the consolidated cases went to trial in the District Court sitting without a jury on stipulated facts. That court dismissed the...
