Neville G. Penrose, Inc., owned and operated an oil well in Andrews County, Texas, where an unfortunate, and expensive, fire occurred December 15, 1956. Apparently the fire was caused by a blowout in a well that the Western Company of Midland, Texas, was servicing at the time.
